Online Store Terms

- You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes.
Products & Services
- All items are handmade/customized, and small variations or imperfections may occur.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed through Shopify’s secure system.
- Payment must be received before products are shipped.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.
Shipping & Delivery
- Processing times are 7–14 business days
- Snark & SPARKLE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Once delivered by carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days for replacement options.
Limitation of Liability
Snark & SPARKLE is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages from use of our products. Use products as intended.
